Ayurveda Naturopathy

Ayurveda is a natural and holistic way of living. It consists of two words in Sanskrit (ancient Indian language):  "ayurh" and "veda." "Ayurh" means life, comprising the mind, body, senses and the soul. "Veda" means pure knowledge or science. The term "ayurveda" then means 'the pure knowledge of life' or 'the science of life'. It not only works with the physical but also the mental and emotional aspects of each human being to restore and maintain balance.

Retreat: Pregnancy & Birthing for Couples - NEW, numbers limited

Birth Preparation & Support: Preparing for Pregnancy, naturally or through IVF, and then being Pregnant is an exciting (but can also be a challenging) time for you and your partner. BeBliss Yoga gives you the tools to support you through your pregnancy, labour and beyond.
You will be able to join our regular Yoga Classes with poses modified to suit pregnancy, your changing body/needs as well as any medical restrictions.  Connect deeply with your baby and breath whilst you stretch and relax your body.
Doula, birth preparation and support is also available.

In our teacher's training (TT) course, you will learn how to keep your body and mind healthy. You do not need yoga experience, or any qualification to apply. Everyone and anyone who wants to be healthy, live a happy life, study yoga deeply, and want to become a yoga teacher are welcome.
