Lennox Insight Meditation

(2nd & 4th Thursday monthly)
Join our community
The joy of meditating and being in community with others is why Gowan & Gabrielle founded Lennox Meditation in July 2024.
When we come together to practice, our focus steadies, our motivation improves and our heart softens.
We can take these skills and understanding into our daily life.
Join our in-person group to practice, explore and share together in a relaxed and supportive environment.
Wisdom & Compassion
About Us
We teach and practice in the Insight Meditation tradition, and in January 2026, we further recognised that by adding “Insight” to our name Lennox Insight Meditation. Grounded in Buddha's teachings from 2,600 years ago, Insight Meditation means "seeing clearly" into our experience, and from this clear seeing, wisdom naturally unfolds.
In 2026 Lennox Insight Meditation are also delighted to welcome Renata Malinauskas, Insight Dharma Teacher, to our Teaching team.
Also in 2026, we plan to offer Walking Meditations, Yatras, Meditation short Courses, Days of Mindfulness and much more.
We look forward to sharing the journey of unfolding Compassion & Wiisdom with you.

Renata Malinauskas
Renata Malinauskas is a dedicated Dharma practitioner of over 15 years, beginning in the Vipassana tradition and later deepening through Vajrayana, Western Insight, and non-dual teachings.
With extensive experience in silent retreat practice, she now serves as an insight meditation teacher, leading residential retreats, workshops, and courses in Australia and online.
