  • Hello Gabrielle,
I am enjoying your Lennox Insight meditation group.
You offer a warm, inviting and safe space.

    Peter, Lennox Head

  • “Gabrielle creates a safe, friendly and relaxed atmosphere for us all to relax and fully absorb what she is sharing from her heart, enabling me to go deeper into my self-enquiry and explore areas of my life more fully. This is such a valuable opportunity for me.

I always felt comfortable and never pressured to share and ask questions.

Gabrielle's deep knowledge on Mindfulness and Meditation as well as her many years of practice, was wonderfully illustrated as she shared how to touch more into topics such as loving kindness, compassion, forgiveness, limiting beliefs, breathing, emotions, happiness and intention. I found I could relate to everything she shared and use it in my daily life.

I always left the Circle feeling more connected to my inner self, lighter, more relaxed and happier.

It was a bit like a homecoming for me each time. Thankyou so much Gabrielle. “

  • “I came to my first mindfulness circle in January. I was experiencing overwhelm and emotion and I left with new found peace and clarity.
Gabrielle is calm, open and wise. She shared knowledge from her teachers, patiently guided us in safe discussion and held space for deep mindfulness meditation.
This was exactly what I was looking for: practical, spiritual and refreshing. I highly recommend joining her mindfulness meditation circle to explore how being mindful can blow all the cobwebs from your mind. It was just lovely.”

  • “Hello Gab, just wanted to thank you for the wonderful space you offer for meditation learning and practice. The 6-week course offered me a structured practice pattern and a timely reminder of how to breathe and cope when life gets tough. I have found this term to be incredibly helpful and has been a nonjudgmental space to come and just BE! Thank you for your gentle energy and meditation guidance. A re-energising space to settle and learn more about ourselves. A wonderful skill to have in our coping tool box which still needs a polish every now and then.”

    — RHONDA, MELBOURNE

  • “I had the pleasure of joining the final week of the Women’s Mindfulness Circle. Gabrielle had planned a focus for the session, this week was Intention. I loved the thought and care placed into her planning. It truly showed by being a natural and seamless experience balanced with teachings, reflections, and various mindfulness methods.

I felt this deeply connected me to the present and brought my busy mind out of its flustered state. More of this every day and the world and your experience of it will be a better place!

Lovely to share the reflections with a circle of women and see the joy and benefits enjoyed from their weekly practice of attending this circle.

I want to also mention, that while I felt nervous at the outset, Gabrielle and the circle were warm and welcoming. The experience was easy to follow and participate in and the venue was excellent.

Thank you Gabrielle, I deeply enjoyed my experience!
