Deepen or learn to establish a regular Mindfulness + Meditation practice to reduce stress build-up and for greater overall health and wellbeing.

Be with other like-minded individuals in a safe, connected and relaxing environment.

Each week we will explore how to reduce stress and overwhelm in our daily life, through mindfulness, skill development, meditation, stillness, movement, reflection, inquiry and sharing.

Daily home practice of up to 60mins per day is strongly advised. I encourage you to take what you learn at class into your direct and personal experience …… go beyond knowing, to applying it to your daily life, your actual lived experience. That is where the understanding into our lives can initiate transformation and insight.
